Engage Sedona AZ
Are you Ready to Engage Sedona AZ?
Martin Luther King shared something that all Believers need to hear today. He said, "Our lives begin to end the day we become silent about things that matter."
SO - What really matters to you?
We have been given an amazing opportunity to go and share the Gospel of Jesus Christ. With this opportunity, with this privilege, does come responsibility. How about you? What is keeping you from joining?
Every Saturday morning at 8:00am, the Engage Sedona (ES) team gathers in the Christ Center Sanctuary to pray and ask God's presence to go with them. As Moses cried out to God, we also cry out to Him!
Exodus 33:15-16 "Then Moses said to him, 'If your Presence does not go with us, do not send us up from here. How will anyone know that you are pleased with me and with your people unless you go with us? What else will distinguish me and your people from all the other people on the face of the earth?"
David Platt the Pastor at Brook Hills Church in Birmingham, Alabama says: "Jesus himself has not merely called us to go, he has created us and commanded us to go. We have taken this command, though and have reduced it to a calling - something that only a few people receive."
Matthew 28:18-20 "Then Jesus came to them and said, 'All authority in heaven and on earth has been given to me. Therefore go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, and teaching them to obey everything I have commanded you. And surely I am with you always, to the very end of the age.'"
This means all of us; this means me, this means you.
If you want to see God work, you have to show up. Jesus appeared to over 500 people after his resurrection, but on the day of Pentecost only 120 showed up...Only 120 showed up, which means only 120 obeyed, which means only 120 received the Holy Spirit and saw the signs and wonders.
WE want to be part of that showing up, believing, obeying, receiving, and SEEING Signs and Wonders! Don't you?
The ES teams break out so you're never alone, you always go with someone who has been trained, and we encourage you to "come and see". Even if you have never done anything like this, this is your chance to test your faith and step out of the boat!
In the book of Acts the disciples didn't "go" to Church, they were the Church!
Please join us. Do you really want to see Sedona changed? Then ask yourself these two questions:
- If not you, then who?
- If not now, then when?
